Just discovered this Vanilla Rooibos a couple of weeks ago and can't praise it enough!
I dont know if its a placebo affect but i have really bad tinnitus and i am always in fight or fight mode, i got this tea a few days ago and its like medication without side effects, my body relaxes, my tinnitus drops to low. My head, neck and body are always tense and wow this relaxes me alot and that's after 1 drink. Never had tea do anything and i have tried them all. Be interested in trying others. Of anyone is always angry or shouting at there kids or perimeapause i really would suggest this! But always look up interactions, apparently of breast cancer is in family some vanillas contain estrogen that isn't good for it. Go and have a try!
We love this tea, my daughter and I. And even if some supermarkets have ticktock tea- not many have the vanilla one. So, when I can't find it, I must buy it directly from you of course.
