Our rooibos (sometimes known as Redbush) is still harvested by hand and cured in the traditional way, as it was when Grandfather Benjamin Ginsberg founded Rooibos over 100 years ago. The process takes place in the crisp air of the Cedarberg Mountains of South Africa's Cape. It requires great skill to know when the cure is at its peak; one sign is that it begins to give off a delicious sweet aroma that attracts wild bees.

Excellent taste. However, I didn't think the taste was noticeably better than Tick Tock rooibos tea bags, which are a lot less messy. Easy to order and efficient delivery. It's a shame Tick Tock doesn't offer larger pack sizes to save you having to order multiple 100g boxes.
We always drink Rooibos tea and prefer the loose leaf made in a pot.
