Rooibos & Rosé Sangria Recipe

Rooibos Sangria

This simple and mouthwatering sangria recipe is ideal for sunny evenings. Our Vanilla Rooibos adds that extra twist with a honeyed, malty flavour.
Made with Vanilla Rooibos
Ingredients

65g sugar
300ml boiling water 
5 Tick Tock Vanilla Rooibos teabags
2 large oranges, thinly sliced
2 limes, thinly sliced
6 large strawberries, halved 
750ml rosé wine
Mint, for serving
Ice, for serving

Method

Add the sugar, boiling water and 5 Tick Tock Vanilla Rooibos teabags to a large measuring cup or pitcher. Let it steep for 10 minutes.

Remove the teabags, stir to make sure the sugar is dissolved and set aside to cool.

Wash the fruit and thinly slice the oranges and limes. Hull the strawberries and slice them in half.

Combine the steeped tea, rosé wine, and sliced fruit in a large pitcher. Place in the fridge to chill for at least 45 minutes before serving.

Add the ice and mint, then serve!
