As it’s the festive season, we thought we’d share our recipe for a special mulled wine, featuring our scrumptious rooibos vanilla chai.
The delicious flavours of aromatic cinnamon and ginger are perfectly complemented by the traditional ingredients of this seasonal beverage. So why not make a big batch and spoil your friends and family this Christmas.

Place the fruit, wine, sugar and water into a large saucepan.
Set the heat to a medium temperature and stir until the sugar has dissolved. Do not boil as this will reduce the alcohol.
Remove the pan from the heat and add the teabags for 10 minutes.
Remove and teabags and pour the wine into mugs, ready to serve.
